ABOUT DALLAS CHAPTER
Background:
Created on July 30, 2000, ExSSA-Dallas has approximately 33 members, of which 10 are active members. ExSSA-Dallas is the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex Branch of the Ex-Saker Student Association (ExSSA)-USA. Although not one of the longstanding Chapters of ExSSA-USA like ExSSA-Houston and ExSSA-Washington, ExSSA-Dallas considers itself to be the Mother Chapter of ExSSA-USA.
Simply put, ExSSA-Dallas considers itself to be the Mother Chapter of ExSSA-USA because the chapter spearheaded the creation of ExSSA-USA by planning, organizing and convening the first annual ExSSA-USA Convention in Dallas, Texas in August 2001.
