Saturday August 7, 2010 rolls out our famous formal Dinner, Gala and Fundraiser. This event is the nucleus of our convention where we appreciate and showcase our sponsors and donors, treat the audience to our signature musical concert by the ExSSA-USA national choir, dinner and dancing. We also raise funds for our projects. The convention hosts, the Washington, DC Divas promised to wow you with a spectacular bonanza and pageantry in the nation's capital.

The General Assembly meeting of the members convenes on Friday evening. During this meeting the national President presents a “state of the Association” overview of the organization’s activities and provides a review of the year in terms of successes and challenges encountered. We all reflect on our mission and re-commit to our vision and outline activities that help us continue to meet our strategic objectives.

All Executive Board/NEC members are required to arrive By Thursday morning in order to be on time and prepared for the Board meeting. Board meeting materials will be sent to you in the Board package before the meeting. Please bring copies of your Board materials.
