L. Ndedi Ngonga, is Senior Director, Technology & Information Services at MTA New York City Transit. For over two decades, Ms. Ngonga has held several senior management positions with the organization including, Chief Officer Information Security and Operations Review, Chief Administrative officer, and Senior Director, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.
Prior to joining MTA New York City Transit, Ms. Ngonga worked as International Program Officer for the United Nations Development Program in developing countries where she managed local UN sponsored programs.
Ms. Ngonga serves on the Board of WTS International, a professional Development organization with over 4700 members, whose mission is to advance women in the field of transportation. In 2003, Ms. Ngonga was honored by the New York Women’s Agenda (NYWA) as Woman of the Future. WTS Greater New York Chapter honored her in 2005 as their Member of the Year, and in 2006 awarded her the coveted Rosa Parks Diversity Leadership Award. In her spare time Ms. Ngonga also volunteers as a crisis intervention and suicide prevention counselor.
Her other professional affiliations include the Women’s foreign Policy Group, the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), where she serves on the Legislative and Policy and Planning committees, the American Political Science Association (APSA the Political Science Honor Society and the National Association for Corporate Directors.
Ms. Ngonga graduated from Montclair State University, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Languages. She holds a Masters degree in International Affairs from Columbia University, and a Master of Science degree in Transportation Policy and Management from Polytechnic University.

Patience Fielding is a doctoral student and a Eugene-Cota Robles Fellow at The Graduate School of Education, University of California at Berkeley (UC Berkeley). Her emphasis is on Language and Literacy, Society and Culture, while her research interests include International Education, World Languages, Bilingual/Bi-Cultural Education, Technology in Education and Education in Developing countries. Ms. Fielding holds a Masters degree in Instructional Technology from San Jose State University, California and a Bachelors in French and English from the University of Yaounde, Cameroon and L'Université de Franche-Compté, France. Ms. Fielding resides in Berkeley, California with her son and daughter. Together they love to explore the beautiful Northern California beaches, theme parks, and the rich, diverse culture that is so unique to San Francisco's Bay Area.

Mrs. Evelyn Fuller completed her secondary and high school education in Cameroon at Saker Baptist College and CCAST Bambili high school respectively. 1n 1987 she moved to the United States and obtained her Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy degree at the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1993. Mrs. Fuller has worked as a pharmacist for Walgreens Chain drugstores since graduating and has served the company in many capacities; some of which include preceptor or mentor, pharmacy manager, and district diabetes representative. In the spirit of service, Mrs. Fuller has been participating in the annual AIDS walk since 2000 to raise funds and create awareness in her community. She is married to a wonderful husband, Charles and is mother to Valerie and Avery. Mrs. Fuller’s got her devotedness, tenacity, and assertiveness from her phenomenal mother whom she describes as her heroine. She loves spending time outdoors with her family, traveling, playing games, reading, and being downright silly. Mrs. Fuller aspires to have a positive impact on the people and to have a growing relationship with God.

Alberta Manga is a Registered Nurse with a focus on Case Management. Ms. Manga holds a Master's in Health Administration and Bachelor's in Nursing with specialization in Rehabilitation Nursing. Ms. Manga is actively involved in her local community thru church, professional associations and other cultural organizations. She has also exhibited her leadership skills by serving as President and Treasurer of organizations such as Cameroon Family of Cincinnati and Cameroon Students Association, New York, amongst others. In her spare time Ms. Manga enjoys planning parties, traveling, and theater.
